To help students continue practicing emotional regulation and coping skills over the summer, a Summer Zones Adventure Packet Sheet is available for families. This fun resource reinforces the Zones of Regulation skills students have learned throughout the school year and can help children recognize emotions and practice healthy coping strategies during times of frustration, worry, excitement, or other big feelings.
If you would like a digital copy, I am happy to share the link. Hard copies will also be available for pickup in the Front office tomorrow and Tuesday.
