Treadway Families, this week our focus was our PLT process. Here are some snapshots of our teachers working hard to support all our students. #WhatverItTakes
Classroom Highlights
Standards-Based Instruction: Clear goals, intentional focus, and students who actually know what they’re learning and why.
Peer Collaboration: Classrooms were buzzing with kids talking through ideas, challenging each other, and learning side-by-side.
Small Group Focus: Teachers meeting students right where they are to give them exactly what they need—whether that’s a boost or a push forward.
PLT Vision Wins Behind the scenes, our PLT teams have been absolute powerhouses this week:
Deconstructing standards to get laser-focused on what student mastery really looks like.
Digging into CFA data with open minds, looking at what worked, where kids got stuck, and how to adjust.
Generously sharing what’s working in their rooms so the whole team wins.

Treadway Familes,
We wanted to give a huge shout out to Church of The Lakes – Leesburg, for fully supporting our kindness cart for the WHOLE SCHOOL YEAR. Pastor Mike and the Church of The Lakes family, have made a very generous donation that will fully fund the kindness cart for the duration of the school year.
As our Treadway staff is doing “whatever it takes” to fully support all of our students, we appreciate our community partners who rally behind us in these efforts. We want our students and families to know we love and care for them. Our Kindness cart will help keep our teachers and staff refreshed, caffeinated, and fully supported as we progress throughout the school year. Also thank you to Mrs. Faile for heading this initiative.
